Learn all about the ORAC scale and how you can enhance the anti-oxidant value of every meal you eat just by adding herbs. With a practical session on how to make herbal teas for improved digestion, immunity and sleep. Kerry-Lee will also share her Naturopathic knowledge with you on how to design your perfect herb garden to support 'your' own individual health needs giving one-to-one advice on the day.
